Cooking Italian in Torremolinos like they would cook in Italy: with good products, honest recipes and the table always set.
"Italian cuisine is a family story". We started with that idea in 2009 and, fifteen years on, it is still the only rule of the house.
Fresh pasta made daily on the same marble countertop. Pizza with long-fermented dough, Italian flours, and fior di latte mozzarella. Mediterráneo fish, bought in the morning and served in the afternoon.
Nothing spectacular. Just what any Italian trattoria has been doing well forever.
Behind the bar and in the kitchen is a small team that has known each other for years. It shows: in how we greet you when you walk in, in how we recommend a wine, in how we bring you a little something if it's a special occasion.
There's no protocol here. People are just doing things the way they would at home.
Torremolinos has been our home for fifteen years. We serve long-time customers who already know what we're going to recommend, and travelers who cross half of Spain (or half the world) and land here because someone told them about the pizza.
Come in, sit down, order some pasta and a glass of red wine. The rest will take care of itself.
